The project aims to promote the TDC Facility via use of IT equipment and software in the TDC reception area, thus attracting wider external use of the facility by community groups, voluntary organisation and sandwell council employees. The project also

Support by Choke will be in respect of funding a IT Graphic artist to undertake the design of the information to be displayed on the Plasma screen.

The benefit from this project will be the council employees and external users of the facility.

Based on usage between 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. an 8 hour day
