Sometimes you need to take control of Word. It doesn't do what you want it to, particularly with graphics. The page below shows how to put graphics where you want them and how to simplify text boxes.

If you wish to make use of the online Microsoft Office learning materials and do not already have a hotmail address then instead of getting a hotmail account you can get a Microsoft Passport account at:
