Broadband Sandwell has expertise in various areas of website design. In the first instance Broadband Sandwell can provide a consultation service helping schools and other clients document their requirements for web design.
Following on from the conception stage Broadband Sandwell will then construct design templates giving customers a starting point to build up their website. On-going help can be provided for schools and other clients during this stage.
In addiditon, support can be given to add functionality to websites, for example, integration with databases, online forms and so on.

Training is ongoing for members of the Broadband Sandwell technical team who are enrolled on the Microsoft Certified Professional programme and Redhat Linux Certified programme. This provides schools with Microsoft and Linux solutions installed by qualified engineers. Our staff are also trained to deliver IT support according to the ITIL framework for ICT support.
